A standard low moisture cleaning uses less water than a steam cleaning. It provides a great surface level cleaning that will be sure to leave your carpets dry quicker. Cleanings include a complimentary vacuuming as well as a pre-spray to break down ordinary dirt and stains. The cleaning is completed after the chemical encapsulant is sprayed and absorbed with a commercial grade buffer and cotton bonnet pads.

Carpets should be dry in an hour or less. The dry time of your carpets can be longer depending on the temperature of the house, thickness of carpet, and other variables.

Our carpet cleaning techs are trained to clean under furniture. In order to protect our techs, we may decline to move heavy furniture including china cabinets, large beds, entertainment stands, or anything else that may cause harm to either the techs or the object(s).

Steam cleaning uses an extraction machine to dispense and extract hot water from carpets. Low moisture cleanings rely on environmentally friendly chemicals that neutralize dirt and odors and are extracted using a cotton bonnet. Low moisture also uses substantially less water, meaning a quicker dry time. Steam cleaning is an effective method of cleaning, although when done wrong the heat from the water is known to melt or destroy carpet fibers. Too much water can also soak the pad beneath the carpets causing a longer drying time, and also the off-gassing of any urine or pet stains that may have been trapped below the surface.
